Soundproofing Cheap Tricks

I've talked a lot about sound proofing on my blog (and video's) and it's always a popular topic.  Here's a few links to videos of my use of Quiet Rock and Green Glue and a post-install test of Quiet Rock.  These are excellent solutions for sound control but they aren't always in the budget. So, I want to present some inexpensive ways to mitigate sound.
  In this video I'm using Quick Rock's QuietPutty to sound seal around penetrations, I'll also show you the use of Cast Iron plumbing drains, and I'll demonstrate the use of double sheetrock.
